    Service Agreement

    The terms of service and related content set forth below constitute an Service Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) between you and our Please read the following terms of service carefully.     1 Maintenance Service Scope

    1.1 If the our product you purchased has a performance failure, you can apply for maintenance on the official website, and obtain maintenance arrangement information after the application is accepted. Please mail the faulty device to the designated maintenance service center for processing according to the arrangement information requirements.

    1.2 This maintenance service only supports our products purchased through formal channels.

    1.3 our provides limited free warranty service. During the warranty period, under normal use and maintenance conditions, if the product has performance failure due to material, process, and manufacturing problems, our provides free warranty service. Failures caused by man-made damage, force majeure, etc. are not covered by the free warranty. “Normal use and maintenance conditions” means that the installation, use, maintenance, storage, transportation, etc. of the product meet the requirements of the instructions for use and are used for reasonable intended purposes or uses.

    1.4 We will not charge you any additional fees for warranty services unless stated in advance or the fees should be borne by you in accordance with the law or agreement. The above are all the guarantees we make regarding product quality and service. If the agent or any other third party has additional commitments to you, you should ask the agent or third party to honor them, and our is not responsible for this.

    2 Maintenance Service Fees and Warranty Standards

    2.1 Free repair service is only applicable to products that comply with the free warranty policy. However, you will be responsible for the mailing cost of the faulty product. In principle, our Repair Center does not accept payment on delivery; the return express fee follows the principle of “whoever sends it to pay”, that is, you need to pay the freight to the after-sales service center first, and the after-sales service center will pay the cost of shipping while return repaired equipment to you.

    2.2 For products that do not meet the free warranty policy, you can enjoy paid repair services. If you do not agree to pay for repairs, the maintenance service center will not perform repairs. For products that you have agreed to pay for repairs, the repair service center will repair them and send them back to you after you complete the payment.

    2.3 our Repair Service Center will strictly follow the product warranty service policy to determine the warranty status of the product. If there is no necessary proof material support or does not meet the free warranty standard, the customer service center will contact you to supplement materials or quote repairs. If you fail to provide additional materials or disagree with paid repairs, the repair center will send the equipment back.

    2.4 The corresponding warranty period of products and components is calculated from the date of first purchase of the product, and the purchase date is based on the invoice date of the purchased product. If there is no valid invoice, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of product shipment. If the product invoice date is later than the actual delivery date of the product, the warranty period shall be calculated from the actual delivery date of the product. When you apply for warranty service, for reference to the product invoice date, you should provide clear, complete and accurate warranty certificates, such as sales invoices (including product model and serial numbers). If the content of the invoice is inconsistent with the actual product, has been altered, or is illegible, it will be deemed invalid. This process involves adhering to certain necessary procedures set forth by us, including providing necessary relevant information and following specific identification and problem-solving steps.

    2.5 For free warranty services, if you choose the maintenance service of this agreement, it means that you agree to follow our’s service processes and standards to choose software update, replacement of faulty parts or complete equipment replacement and other maintenance methods for the product based on the actual fault situation, and replace it. The faulty parts or complete machine shall be owned by our. For paid maintenance products, our company does not provide spare parts storage service. If you need to keep the replaced faulty parts or the complete machine, please specify when submitting the repair application. After the repair is completed, the faulty parts will be sent in the same package as the product, such as the faulty parts or the entire machine that are replaced without special instructions belong to our.

    2.6 For equipment that requires you to pay for repairs, if payment has not been made more than 1 month from the date of notification, the maintenance service center will return the equipment.

    3 Precautions and Disclaimer of Maintenance Service

    3.1 In order to protect your important data, please complete in advance the backup of data, information, software, etc. before sending the product for repair or come to maintenance service center to repair. our does not assume any responsibility for the loss of relevant information and data in the product due to testing and maintenance.

    3.2 In order to facilitate the confirmation of product faults and maintenance, please clear the product power-on password and other protection passwords in advance before sending the product for repair or repair. If such information cannot be deleted from the product, you need to inform the service provider when applying for warranty.

    3.3 Please confirm that the information you fill in and provide is accurate, including but not limited to the name, phone number, shipping address, receiving address, product model serial number, etc. provided. our does not assume any responsibility for any adverse consequences arising from the untrue or inaccurate information you provide.

    3.4 When sending for repair, please try to use the original packaging of the product and appropriate shock-proof materials before shipping to avoid the risk of transportation damage. If there is damage during transportation due to improper packaging by you, you will be solely responsible for it, including the need to pay the corresponding repair costs.

    3.5 Before providing services, you should be aware that if there are no special needs, please do not include peripheral hardware, cables and other items with the products sent for repair. If you have special needs, please contact our in advance and attach the relevant list when sending for repair. To avoid unnecessary losses, try to mail only the faulty host and avoid unnecessary accessories.

    3.6 When the our maintenance service center receives the faulty equipment by mail, if the package is damaged, soaked in liquid, etc., the maintenance service center will reject it and you will communicate with the logistics company to resolve the issue. You are solely responsible for any problems such as product loss, damage, or liquid immersion due to logistics reasons.

    3.7 In order to provide you with maintenance services, we will collect some necessary personal information from you, such as the warranty questions and contact information you submitted, including but not limited  phone number, address, etc. At the same time, in order to provide you with complete services, we may need to share some of your personal information with some third parties, such as logistics providers. We promise to strictly abide by various laws and regulations when collecting, using and sharing your personal information, and make every effort to protect the security of your personal information. For more information on this matter with regard to what we collect and how we shall keep your personal data, please refer to and read “Privacy Policy”.

    4 Other matters

    4.1 Where feasible, we may try to diagnose and solve your product failure through email, phone or other remote assistance methods. If some problems can be solved by you installing designated software updates or replacements yourself, we will guide you to obtain and install such software updates or replacements. If the above methods are not applicable or cannot solve the problem, you can submit a repair application online to send the device for repair or send it to the our Repair Service Center for repair services.

    4.2 After you successfully apply for online maintenance through our, please send the faulty device within three days according to the maintenance arrangement information prompts. If the our maintenance service center does not receive the faulty device within 15 days after the maintenance application is successful, the maintenance application will be closed after the expiration date. If you still need to use this service, please resubmit your application.

    4.3 If you directly arrange for the faulty equipment to be sent for repair without submitting a repair application, our will not be responsible for any losses or risks caused to you.

    4.4 These maintenance service terms will apply to the maintenance service together with the warranty policy or service terms agreed in the relevant contract between you and our, and the terms of the contract or service terms shall prevail for matters not covered.
